These Terms & Conditions apply to your purchase and use of the Ready to Rise digital course (the “Course”), delivered by Arc31 Pty Ltd through our Kajabi platform. By purchasing or accessing the Course, you agree to the following terms.

  1. Course Access and Login Terms

Upon purchase, you will receive access to the Course materials via a secure Kajabi login. This access is granted to you alone — sharing your login with others is strictly prohibited.

Your access is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

You must not transfer your registration to the Course to any other person, or in any way provide them with access to the Course.

  1. Payment Terms & Refund Policy
  1. Payment for the Course is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added to the course fee. International registrants will not pay GST.
  2. Ready to Rise is a one-time purchase. By completing your payment, you agree and acknowledge that all sales are final and that no refunds will be made to you, unless required by the Australian Consumer Law and any other relevant law.

 

We accept payments via Stripe or PayPal through secure checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information at the time of purchase.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

All content in this Course - including videos, downloads, templates, worksheets, and branding - is the exclusive intellectual property of Arc31 Pty Ltd.

You may view and download the materials for your personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, share, sell, license, or distribute any part of the Course in any form without prior written consent.

Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

  1. Personal Responsibility & Disclaimer

This Course provides tools and strategies based on Cathie Reid’s personal experience and business knowledge. While the content is designed to support your professional growth, your results will depend on your own effort, decisions, and circumstances.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and by purchasing, you agree to take full responsibility for your own success, implementation, and business decisions.

You agree and acknowledge that Arc31 Pty Ltd and its directors, employees, agents and/or contractors, will not be liable for any loss that you may suffer, because of the course content, or your reliance on any recommendation that may be made within the course content.

  1. Technology Disclaimers

Course access is delivered digitally through Kajabi and requires a reliable internet connection and compatible device. We are not responsible for technical issues caused by your software, hardware, or internet provider.

We strive to ensure high availability but do not guarantee that the site or Course materials will be available without interruption or error.

  1. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or distribute Course content in any format
  • Use the materials to create derivative courses or services
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with Arc31 Pty Ltd or Ready to Rise
  • Upload Course content to public or private platforms without permission

Engaging in these prohibited actions will result in immediate removal from the Course and possible legal action.

  1. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to revoke your access to the Course without refund if you breach these Terms & Conditions, including misuse, unauthorized sharing, or any form of misconduct.

You may also lose access after the stated 12-month term.

  1. Privacy

All personal information that we collect about you will be handled, treated and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you agree to by agreeing to these terms and conditions.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes or claims will be handled under Queensland jurisdiction.
