Momentum by Design
Last week, I opened the doors to Ready to Rise and I've been genuinely blown away by the calibre of leaders stepping into this space.
But whether you've already joined or are still deciding, here's something worth remembering:
Momentum isn't a flash-in-the pan moment. It's not just for launch weeks or milestone wins.
Momentum is built quietly, and by deliberate design.
It's in the decisions you make when no one's watching.
In how you respond when things don't go to plan.
And in the conscious choice to keep showing up, especially when it would be easier to play small.
That's what Ready to Rise was created for - not to teach leadership theory, but to give ambitious professionals the tools, frameworks, and space to lead with clarity, scale with intention, and build something that lasts. And to do it in their own time.
I deliberately structured it as a join anytime, choose your own adventure experience. Because while the challenges are familiar, no two leadership journeys look the same.
This isn't about binge watching lessons or ticking boxes. It's about reflection, alignment, and action - at your own pace, in sync with your own rhythm.

Dreamforce & the Future of Leadership
I spent last week in San Francisco at Dreamforce, diving deep into the intersection of AI and leadership. The pace of change in this space is enormous - and with it, a rising sense of urgency that can feel overwhelming.
A theme echoed across the event:
This may be the last moment in history where leaders manage only humans.
The future? A blend of human and digital agents, working side by side.
There was pressure in the air - if you haven’t already mapped out your agent deployment strategy, you’re falling behind.
But I want to offer a counterbalance:
Let your momentum come from intention, not fear.
Yes, AI needs to be on your radar, and urgently. But rushing headlong into hype without thoughtful planning risks long-term misalignment.
Would you create a new human role without a plan to generate value?
Then why would you do that with an agent?
What stood out most to me was this:
No matter how advanced our tools become, the most powerful transformations will still come from leaders who are grounded in values, connected to people, and courageous enough to lead differently.
Wherever you are in your leadership journey, keep rising.
Your next step matters.
And if Ready to Rise is calling to you, now’s a great time.
Sign up this week and you’ll be part of our first monthly live call, where I’ll unpack more takeaways from Dreamforce and answer your questions around building practical, sustainable AI strategies into your leadership roadmap.
With gratitude and momentum,
